Question Notification, bug ?

Hello all,
Is it normal that notifications do not turn on the screen when they arrive ?
Is this a limitation of the Chinese version?

Don't know if you already tried, but search for lock screen notifications in the settings and enable "light up lock screen when receiving notifications". You need to enable lock screen notifications for the apps you want in order for it to work.

Also if youre using viber , dont enable dark mode because it breaks notifications when lighting up the screen

Today, the notification functionality doesn't run for me on the lock screen is switch off. the screen doesn't light, just the short song of the notification. the unique particularity of installation is two account, on personal and another for job.
if I can't find a solution, I'll have to part with it because it's not easy to work without notification

Disable dark mode in drop down tiles, same problem was with my viber app, it played song but no screen light up

I just reset it completely and still no notification with message and outlook or gmail for example.

It takes awhile to set it up , because you have to check every app for their notification settings
