Which app supports to manage notification led on Moto Z? I don’t want to install all apps to test will work or not.

If you're on a custom ROM you can deactivate it or manage it searching "light" in device configurations, there will be "charging light" and "notification light" options.

If you're on stock ROM you can install "LED Control" from Google play, link below, remember that you'll need be super user.
