After lot of searching found some cool images that looks great on Notification drawer or as home screen wallpaper too.
For Notification drawer:
First you need to install Xposed framework http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/framework-xposed-rom-modding-modifying-t1574401 (All thanks to rovo89 for this amazing work)
After installing Xposed, you can use many modules to change notification background some of them are gravity box, xblast, Notification Background Image
Personally I like Gravity box as it has many other features but you can use any. http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/app-gravitybox-v3-1-4-tweak-box-android-t2316070 All thanks to C3C076 for this great module.
In gravity box goto Statusbar tweaks-> Notification drawerstyle --> Notification drawer background and select Custom Image option.
You will get an option for portrait image select download image. Also set background mode to Underlay. enjoy
For Home screen wallpaper:
Some of the images might gets cropped by android for Home screen, so i suggest to use "Image2Wallpaper" app from Google play, it works perfectly even for other wallpapers you have.
