Notification says cable charging but charges same time as fast charging

Hello, i have an S8 and today i noticed while it was being charged that the notification says Cable Charging and not Fast Charging but the same estimated time as Fast Charging, i tried cleaning the socket and i tried another charger and it doesn't change, i tried my charger on another S8 and it fast charges normally, and now i tried charging it again but at first it said Fast Charging for like 2 seconds but then somehow for about half a second it stopped charging and then started charging again but back to Cable Charging

so is this a hardware issue? or is it a software issue?
if it is a hardware issue is it a serious one? is it the port or the motherboard electricity?

if anyone has any information about this please provide me with it because i have less than a month left in my warranty and if it's a serious issue i will to send it to warranty before it's over

did something happen to the phone before it happened? like did you drop it or did it get wet or something?

I noticed this also. For me it happens when I use third party cords and wall plug.

that's what's driving me crazy, i'm not using 3rd party cords or wall plugs, i'm using the original ones

Anybody try to clean out there type c port. Their noted to collect dirt dust and grime worse the other types

I know the only method which might be helpful.
Got to Settings > Apps > Show System Apps(you will find in top right 3 dots) > find "USBSettings" > storage > clear data and cache data. Than reboot your device and check if it works.
