Notification Window is slow

Anyone else having to wait several seconds or tap a couple times to get the notification winds to drop down? Mine is very laggy. Trying to rule out if it's an app, but I don't think it is.

My HD+ is terrible and has been since day one, before I put any software on it. My HD is very responsive. I guess each device is different.

I usually have to tap a couple times. It's better on version 2.0.5, but still a pain. I set my Apex launcher so that a swipe down opens notifications.

I as well, but on Nova Launcher. The swipe down opens the notifications immediately.
