This version are in WIP stage, so somethings dont work and need debug, I working to fix this, I publish this to get some help with others devs Who they want to join to fix the issues.

How to install:

• Download zip from Downloads:
• Put zip into Internal Storage
• Reboot into Recovery like TWRP
• Flash zip file XPerience-11.x.x-xxxxxxx-a5ul.zip
• Flash Gaaps
• Wipe dalvick-cache and cache
• Reboot and config
• Reboot Again and enjoy!

Desire 816 Sprint
and the model Dual SIM D816d and D816w is "a5dwg"

NFC is fixed now, and my camera is working. check bigsuperprojects/a5-common and a5ul for those changes.
There's some other slop in there and my commits are badly mixed and labeled as usual but I'm sure you'll find what you need in there anyway, for now. Eventually I intend to get a rebased branch with politely labeled and sorted commits up.
Oh, and the RIL stuff is all over the place, until I get it sorted. Just been messing around.
[EDIT]you'll probably want to set TARGET_NEEDS_GCC_LIBC := true in BoardConfigCommon too along with the prebuilt libril/rild changes including vendor_htc. My cdma RIL and dual sim RIL both seem to be online now. [/EDIT]

Indian SIM not detecting

Hi - Thanks for keeping this phone alive and for this great work.
I have installed this ROM on my HTC Desire 816d dual sim India version. So apart from Camera not working(which is already a bug), it is not able to detect my Indian sim at all. I have tried restart, clearing dalvik and main cache and even factory reset but still no luck.
Can you please help with this?

Thanks to the dev who brought back to life my chl! The only major issue is the camera not working, tried stock camera, open camera etc. Other than that, everything is great including the anime chicks in the about phone
