Governors only for XPerience project
Alessa:
A less aggressive and more stable ondemand modified by TeamMex. A good compromise between performance and battery. It can be used with the complementary hotplug governor.
This governor is a balance between performance and battery.

XPerience:
The governor aim for an “ideal frequency”, and ramp up more aggressively towards this freq and less aggressive after. It uses different ideal frequencies for screen on and screen off, namely awake_ideal_freq and sleep_ideal_freq. This governor scales down CPU very fast (to hit sleep_ideal_freq soon) while screen is off and scales up rapidly to awake_ideal_freq when screen is on. There’s no upper limit for frequency while screen is off.
This governor is a balance between performance and battery.

Ascarex TCP congestion driver:
My new TCP congestion driver called ascarex
Ascarex employs end-to-end bandwidth measurements to set cwnd and ssthresh after packet loss.
The probing phase is as the original Reno .
Have a modified control mechanism for use with large congestion windows.
A table indicates how much to increase the congestion window when an ACK is received.

Indian carrier jio(volte) calls not supported

I Installed the rom everything works great but i noticed that my carrier (JIO) is not supported for making calls as it automatically says call ended .
so please test with that and fix it:good:

He estado probando el Lineage OS y tiene un bug con la grabacion de video, este lo tiene igual o no? Saludos paisano

Recuerda que las normas son escribir solo en ingles, o te sancionaran.
Acerca de la camara, no tengo el dispositivo, trabajo con testers, y solo me dicen que no falla nada, que la camara funciona bien.

about camera well i don't have the device , I working without it, and some testers say "camera is working fine without issues"

Another XDA member found workaround for stuttering playback I have it with stock camera too.

So download MX player enable hw decoder and it solved the playback and it solves audio lagging workaround discovered by ndrewlambe

Everything working normally. Very stable, beautiful icons, nice visual.
Bugs:
* Icon that sits next to the brightness bar, which toggles between Automatic / Manual does not work. You must manually change the settings.
* Magisk works, but root does not. Soon the ALESSA does not work.

To make it work you need to flash the "addons-arm-signed.zip": https://download.lineageos.org/extras

After doing the ROOT, ALESSA does not change at startup the CPU and I / O parameters, even marking the option. But, it can start "entropy" and "virtual memory" normally.

I know it is a know issue brightness trigger seems broken
enable root on magisk/settings /
alessa change it, the only issue is vissual issue on switch(set on boot) it appear off but all configuration was saved on Database.
