Can u post a link where i can find the flashing process via fastboot? Or do i just put it in a folder and run CMD in that folder and flash it that way?

Ist found some Bugs.
1. Kamera Focus is really slow.
2. The stock camera crashing when you using HDR mode.
3. Higher Battery drain when display is on.
4. NFC not working?

Cant install that Rom
I got an error with fastboot. If I try to flash the system.img i get the Error "data too large". I tried to install the newest Android SDK and still get the same error. Can someone help me please ?

It seems that some wakelocks are still kernel related and not ROM related. Correct me if I'm wrong. So, I guess that you have to wait for the wakelocks to be fixed and the ROM(s) to be rebuilt with the new sources.
This is happen when you do fastboot flash system system.img why people are not following the steps for flash eh ?????????

i flash the Boot.img from the other Android 7.1.1 ROM and the Wakelock is gone.
i used that steps:
fastboot -S 256M flash boot boot.img
fastboot -S 256M flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot -S 256M flash system system.img
fastboot -S 256M flash userdata userdata.img
Due to development I need flash every time my Z3 ..... And never happen ....

I was going from the Andriod N Preview. So I should install the Android 6 stock rom and try it again ?
Yeah N Preview is very different ..... You need M bootloader then install this
