Nougat Beta Thoughts & Issues

This might be a very long shot, but does anybody have a '13 or '14 F150 with Sync (the small screen, not the touchscreen)? If so, does the beta play the phone's ringtone through the Bluetooth?

My Note 7 would play the phone's ringtone through the speakers, but with my S7e (and literally every other phone I've used with Sync), Sync will only play the truck's default ringtone. It's very irritating.

PKC is the version on the 2nd OTA that was released for the Beta of Android 7.0, the 1st version was PK4. If you check your Baseband version (in Settings - About Phone), it'll make sense.

Yes! I just noticed it was gone... It was the only thing I used the edge panel for.

Huh? PK4 is the first beta, PKC is the second.

Are you sure you are on the beta? You wouldn't get an update to PI3 at all, as that is not Android 7.0/beta at all. What is the version of your Baseband in Settings - About phone? The only way you'll get the PI3 update is if you are running PH1. You cannot flash the beta firmware (PK4) from PI3, it will fail as it is looking for PH1. If you update to PI3, you won't be able to flash any beta firmware as it'll error, and you'll have to Odin back from PI3 to PH1.

Did you sign up for the Beta via the Samsung Beta app or did you flash the Beta via Odin (due to not being officially accepted into the Beta)?

The only other suggestion I would have is to clear the /cache partition by booting into recovery and clearing it there. I would suggest not taking that PI3 update if you are on the Android 7.0 Beta PKC as I think it'll fail.

Anyone experiencing any problems with Bluetooth transmission on this beta? It seems like it's worse than marshmallow. Occasional skipping when I didn't have it before.

I'm getting the IP3 update as well even though I am on Nougat now.
Trying the clear cache in recovery and see if that works.
