[Nougat] Play store not downloading or updating apps via mobile data on roaming

After I updated to Nougat, Play store is not downloading or updating apps via mobile data on roaming.

This question is already asked and atleast see in which section you are questioning...!!!

Anyway i don't know this is correct or not,
this happens because Google Apps are getting updated,
Google this "Google Play Services"
Click that app, it will redirect you to Google Play Store, stop it if download is in progress...

As far as i know this is a "feature" that is built into nougat and i dont know if any solution exists.

Searched a lot, till now there's no solution. Maybe google release it in next month's security patch

I don't think the guys at Google consider it as a bug but we can only hope.
