Stuck on EVERVOLV screen

Tried loading this rom but every time it get to the 'Lets Start' screen it reboots back to the EVERVOLV start up and another 20 minutes goes by. Seems broken for me as I loaded Cyanogen 5.1 rom with no problem. This one is just not playing, so giving up. Shame because seemed to have potential but obviously the developer has moved onto bigger and better things and not gone back to fix the bugs.

Nope, take Note 10.1 as example, Note 10.1 can not get to oreo but instead jumped to pie and now Android 11. Hd2 may have the same story.
The problem is that we're talking about one core device that has never had an official Linux kernel or a bootloader designed for Android. 3.0.101 is years behind something that's needed for modern Android to run and if someone actualy do a merical - it will barely be suitable as a phone and a player.

Well is dual (or more ) core necessarily required to run any android version above Oreo? Galaxy S and the HD2 , with single core, are stuck on nougat while dual core phones are still actively developing with a recent version of Android ( In detail, Galaxy S2 -- Android 11, Galaxy note N7000 -- Android 9, Galaxy Tab 10.1 -- Android 8.1).

Managed to run swap via the init.d script.
Device working stably, applications open and do not crash.

To run swap, first of all you need this file
https://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=4187859&stc=1&d=1497949282
and SD card with Linux Swap partition on it (so you will have 2 ext4, 1 fat32 and 1 Linux Swap partitions). The best size of SWAP partition not yet determined, use 256-512 Mb for the fist time.

1. Unzip and place file "01swap" on Leo SD card. You may need to change "mmcblk0p2" parameter to "mmcblk0p1" or "mmcblk0p3" - it depends on your SD card and sets experimentally - until the SWAP is appear.
2. Install "Disk Info" program for checking the result -the SWAP partition must appear.
3. Specify 50% zRAM in preferences-perfomance and reboot.
4. After that, copy the previously prepared script "01swap" by Root Explorer to the system/ets/init.d and set permissions to 755. Device may crash or hang, wait some minutes and rebot it.
5. Use the Disk Info program to check SWAP is appear. Now we have enough "RAM" for stable work.

After that,
set zRAM to 0 or 10-20%. 50% + SWAP is not stable and not required.
Also, you may turn off "Kernel samepage merging", it may increase stability.

Hi, could you by any chance give us a more thorough step by step process of doing this ?

We simply place the 01swap file on the SD card, then we install the Disk Info Program and see if "swap" appears anywhere , if not, we edit the 01swap file and change the 1 to 3 last digit , we go back in Disk info and we check if anything appears?

Do we place the 01swap file via root explorer in system in the beginning of the process? Before checking with the Disk Info apk ? Do we need to reboot in the process ? Let's say it "swap" didnt appear in the Disk Info apk and we changed the last digit from 1 to 2 , we re send it on the SD card, move it via root explorer, and we reboot the phone ?

Just give us a step-by-step process please as it's unclear .
