May I present to you Honami_PureBlack_Ultimate_Privacy rom with Honami Camera. This is a fork of my original projects for Xperia ION and S. The roms, Aoba_PureBlack and Nozomi PureBlack, had multiple positive reviews: see ION and S development sections.
Description:
100% black
Deodexed, Rooted and Busyboxed
Totally debloated including Google junk (third party GAPPS work, confirmed), social media, update, idd client, r2r client and others
Honami framework, apps and widgets
Honami home with extra spaces in dock and 6X5 drawer
Honami small apps (user needs to add them on small app bar)
Honami camera (manual mode)
Honami keyboard
Phone, Contacts, Calendar, Calculator, Settings, Quick Settings and others - black
On board choice in Quick Settings for black/white background
Textsecure, K9mail, Naked Browser (free version) and Adaway included
Led Control in Settings
Dock settings (for Sony original dock)
Brighter Leds
Data/Wifi fast
Correct battery values in build.prop and framework-res.apk
Latest SemcVideo and Album
Stock Camera removed and replaced with Gallery 3, which is faster than stock and works independently from honami camera
Setup Wizard disabled as it hangs in ram
APN file includes ready to go settings for multiple countries including US T-Mobile and AT&T, thanks to Cyanogen guys
Smooth Transition Animation even if Animation set to off in debugging
About 350 mb ram available
No rapture, vengeance, revolution, thunder or tweaks that claim speed, but in fact cause instability and battery waste
Long battery life: over 30 hours on a single charge

Install Instructions:
1. Back up your current rom. Keep in mind that after flashing, you will have to reinstall CWM, as this is stock kernel.
2. Have latest JB stock kernel, Root and CWM
3. Enter recovery, mount System, Cache, Data and Format each (don't just do data erase/reset, it is not enough)
4. Flash the rom
5. Fix permissions (optional, but wouldn't hurt)
6. Reboot and let the rom settle
7. Go to Settings/Display/QuickSettings, you will have a pop up asking which app to use. Select QuickSettings for black or SystemUI for white background. You want black since this is a black version
8. After connecting to WIFI and testing browser, go to WIFI/Advanced and select Keep WIFI While Screen Sleeps "Always"
9. Enjoy the rom
10. Hit Thank you if you like it.
Instructions for Honami Camera
1. Put camera widget on home screen
2. Press the dinosaur
3. Press another dinosaur on bottom left
4. Choose Manual
From now on, you can start camera the usual way
Superior Auto doesn't work. If you touch SA, photo image stabilization or 2mp resolution, you will get black screen or f/c. To remedy, just exit and restart camera the usual way (by pressing camera button)
