now running M. How do I move L apps back to internal prior to adopting the SD?

I will move my apps back to internal. then adopt and format card. then move them back to card.

But, I can't find the setting to move my apps back to internal!

Am i blind? When I look in settings|apps the settings keeps crashing. Restarting didn't help. Except for that im not experiencing any trouble from M.
