Coming from the Galaxy Nexus here. I loved it, but not enough to lose insurance or buy another when mine broke. I disliked the battery life and instability regardless of ROM (4 extra batteries for a day of heavy use and constantly had to wipe the phone...)

Galaxy Nexus on FTL Rom. I'll miss all that linaro, but...honestly, linaro was the only thing making that phone functional at this point. Too many apps + too much 1080p anime = sad phone.

I'll miss rom-hopping, but...the stylus will more than make up for it. I used a lot of Palm devices back in the day and loved them. I've literally been waiting for a phone with a 5+ inch screen + 1080p + stylus since I got into the phone market, so...SUPER EXCITE!

I was on linaro as well. There is actually some interesting debate about why linaro was not better on older devices. People assume larger numbers -o2 -> -o3 means an improvement. Linaro was just compiler optimizations which increased file size. Given the small amount of main memory on the gnex, I'm not sure it was a plus after people got over the benchmarks...

Release day VZW Galaxy Nexus. Had a great time learning about Cyanogen running the nightly builds but the recent signal hand off issues just got to be too much to deal with. The unlimited glitch came at just the right time.

HA. same here. I've been rocking with Samsung for the longest though. Had the original Captivate, then the HTC Inspire. back to the Galaxy S II Skyrocket, then the Original Note, then went to the Note 2. and i seriously can't get used to anything smaller.

anyone else just staring at their tracking information and just... geeked?
