That was two icon packs...lol. The blue circle is called chromed sapphire. Inside is Cobalt icons. How did I do that?

I used unicon ( an xposed app) to apply the cobalt. Then with nova I applied the chromed sapphire. Last in nova, I changed the icon size to force only icon masks to be applied for the 2nd icon set. This was with a kk Rom. I don't think unicon works with lp.
