when you press vol+ and power short vibration then plug your usb cable in does the computer recognise the phone as a flash disc, if it does then you just need to launch nss and go from there. you say ncs doesnt see your device make sure zune is closed when launching ncs, did you got to the nokia folder in program files and install the x64 drivers.

when i enter the pin provided it doesn't work, i am assuming cause the imei read cause not in normal mode, and yes i installed the drivers from nokia care suite x64 files, when i connect the phone via nokia care suite i get the following error
Data package selection failed.
Product code reading failed.
any ideas?
