Another one bites the dust. Looks like the Beeb is no longer going to push to version 1.3.4., as of yesterday (error message) 
I have a mind to recreate an app along the lines of my Google News, collecting the RSS feeds from BBC News (which formed the matter for the app anyway), but it will have to wait while I sort out other projects that are still ongoing.
