Have you tried going into stock recovery and doing a factory rest and and resetting cache?

Something you can try
1. Flash a custom recovery, TWRP would be best, via ODIN.
2. Reboot phone, then boot in to the recovery.
3. Do a factory reset, clear cache etc.
4. Reboot to bootloader/download mode.
5. Reflash the Docomo fw.

I don't have recovery data (TT)
I can't factory reset.

can u access download mode? if still probably your sc-02e will be safe
maybe first: download twrp "twrp-2.8.7.0-t0lte.img.tar" flash via odin at AP/PDA tab
go to recovery n install new stock room.. i prefer this rom cauze rootable : "April 4.3 All in one root_TWRP.tar"

yesterday i try this rom "cm-13.0-20160223-AOJP-sc02e"
but i got a ussd error.. i cant check my provider code.... eg: *123#
its show chinese language....

maybe someone can help... tq

An error message was Korean. I dont understand(TT)
I think twrp-2.8.7.0-t0lte.img.tar.md5 is wrong.

I use ODIN v3.10.7.
SETUP to AD:twrp-2.8.7.0-t0lte.img.tar
Flash buttom . The other ones are default.
BUT docomo -> samsung ->docomo->samsung
Endless loop....

wipe all data , cache , dalvik
reboot

than go to download mode again
flash via odin ur favourite rom

Sounds like you did the wrong data wipe.
Wipe rom, data, cache.

I want to install another samsung based rom on my Note 2, sc02e. I moved to Brazil and give the smarphone to my wife, and she didnt know english. So i want to flash a brazilian stock rom, without docomo apps. Is that possible? If it is, how?

I tried to install some via odin, but i couldn´t. Original Docomo rom I can, but Brazilian Rom, I couldn´t.

I Aprecciate any help. Thanks.

Docomo rom

Docomo modified the rom heavily I tried different version of roms U.S ,Omega etc they work but something's just don't ,flash light, mms, wifi etc. Docomo is so bad at it I decided just to order my phones unlock and just use the network.

Anyone still have the ROMs posted by ma34s? Links all dead now. They were the fastest/most stable for SC-02E.
