Update the baseband, at least, to RUI2.
Unless, like someone else said, in some countries, the use of network bands are, somewhat linked to every device, based on IMEI.

I have tried what you are suggesting, and it leads to no imei repair and baseband unknown as well, I tried my device specific backup,
Though it doesn't mean that it would not work for you, you can give it a try, these devices are unpredictable

Also remember that after flashing you have to hold down volume down(-) button and power button together to get into recovery mode, do this before booting for first time ,
After booting for first time twrp is replaced with stock recovery.

I already tried each and every firmware out there, from RUI 1,2,3 to all custom roms, nothing works,(with working baseband)

That "someone" just might be me, I said that in earlier post,
But now I have a patched imei(magisk module), which should be enough to fool service provider, but it stills says sim one not allowed (on custom roms)
I can use my sim in RUI2 and RUI3 with vowifi only, and after turning off wifi sim networks also disappear,
I also posted a video of the issue in earlier post.

There were some back-ups, including mine, that are posted, maybe this works for you, from what I know, almost or all members flashed those. I also delete the partitions previous to flash back on them, to be sure.

No, that cosmetic measure never could fool the carrier provider.

Yes, the buyer didn't care about, the device was perfect for calls and all the functions.

I restored your cr droid backup using pbrp recovery on nasustra v5.4 (including nvram) successfully, but nothing changed,
Issue still persist..

Do you mean, the baseband is still working, but you can't place calls?

Can you share the baseband, and when the device refuses to make calls, screenshots on?

And do you know, from where region is the original firmware of your device?

Yes the baseband is still working,and there are still no networks, I'll attach ss in the end

The device doesn't refuses to make calls, it doesn't connect to network, matter of fact in RUI2 AND RUI3 after connecting wifi I can place calls using my sim, but after turning wifi off the networks are again lost ,

The device is manufactured in India, and I am using it in the same country.

I flash nvram with spa & dongl but the same erreur. My phone unlocked bootlaoder and stucked in recovery, can i flash twrp or EngRom or any rom to bootup the phone (rom v13.0.1).
I test change imei with metamode and when i read info imei i found it correct but when i rebot it stuck again.

What do you mean by: spa& dongl, EngRom,

You can flash twrp or pbrp by mtkclient,
Then install any custom rom.
Next time add screenshots

From what I know, there is not an ENG ROM available for this device, unless in the technician community, they share a dumped ROM, among them, but not for public.
