Nvidia ? suddenly stopped working

Hi. I wonder if anyone could help me with an issue I've got with my ?. Last night it just stopped working. When I tried to switch it on again all I got was a weird ticking noise from the box but no lights or anything, although the game flashes. I've tried leaving it off overnight etc but so far nothing works. ? support gave me a few options but nothing at all worked. It's the 16gb version & previous to this I've had no issues at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated as tbh I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance.
