I've been away from XDA for so long. But zfont and mono_v2.1 font method brought me back. Anywho, here's my home screen.

*Total Launcher (lots of customizations and shortcuts)
*Samsung weather/clock widget (press on clock side takes you to alarm, press on weather side takes you to Frog Weather app)
*Font- CatRomanticKitty from Galaxy App store
