I have flashed the custom recovery now.

Can you give the steps I need to do in the custom recovery.

Detail steps will help me in doing this without issues.

Thanks for the help in advance.
Read few pages back theres a recognized developer that made a simple guide I'd suggest you to read also some guides about recoveries and how to recover from a bootloop

I did it...
First time got into bootloop as I missed fixing permissions. Then again open in recovry and flashed the stock zips.
Second time I did it correctly and having the Transparent lock screen.

Thank you so much for the help and modded zips AlderCass

Well, I finally got this working. Every time I did it previously I hit the button that appears in TWRP to wipe both the cache and Dalvik cache, and that caused bootloops. After realizing that both Misledz and bokagavrilov's directions said to only wipe the cache, I tried that and it's finally working, even with search disabled.

Reading is important.

I didn't, that's my N4 :) So far I did not find any N7 rom with this feature. Paranoid android is advertising advanced Immersive mode in 4.0 version so I'm waiting for it to appear and still looking around in the meantime

Hey I'm trying to find a modified flashable framework that would enable transparency on the lockscreen status/nav bars?

Download the factory image from google and extract the original framework-res.apk, then push it in system/framework with adb. It work also if your device is in bootloop.
