Odin Help PLEASE

I am trying to run Odin to bring my Note 3 from OC2 down to NC2.

I have my phone in "Downloading" mode right now, but Odin doesn't seem to recognize it.

I am waiting for this step, but the COM just doesn't turn BLUE.

Step 7 : Connect the device and PC via USB cable and wait few minutes to install drivers and ID:COM section turn in to blue color.

Can I get my phone out of "Downloading" mode?

Try switching USB ports and changing USB cables (use a USB 2.0 cable). To get the phone out of download mode, either remove the battery and power up or keep the power button pressed for approx. 8s and it will reboot.

Do you have Samsung drivers installed?
