Hi everyone.

I accidentally disable an option at debug settings OEM i think, well i disabled all debug setting (I did not even know that would kill my phone) and when restart my phone later a message says "Custom binary locked by FRP" here is the problem, i downloaded my correct firmware SM-G920P XXXPI3 (From sammobile) and Odin 1.85, when enter into download mode Odin say:

<ID:0/004> Added!!
<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> G920PVPS4CPI3_G920PSPT4CPI3_G920PVPS4CPI3_HOME.tar.md5 is valid.
<OSM> Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully..
<OSM> Leave CS..
<ID:0/004> Odin v.3 engine (ID:4)..
<ID:0/004> File analysis..
<ID:0/004> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/004> Initialzation..
<ID:0/004> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/004> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/004> sboot.bin
<ID:0/004> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/004> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

But when i open Odin3 3.11.1 a message say:
<ID:0/004> Added!!
<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> G920PVPS4CPI3_G920PSPT4CPI3_G920PVPS4CPI3_HOME.tar.md5 is valid.
<OSM> Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully..
<OSM> Leave CS..
<ID:0/004> Odin v.3 engine (ID:4)..
<ID:0/004> File analysis..
<ID:0/004> SetupConnection..

and stuck at "SETUPCONNECTION"

Also in my phone appears this:
Product name: SM-G920P
Current binary: Custom
System status: Custom
Frp lock: ON
Secure download: Enabled
Knox warranty void: 1 (0x0500) :( So support center is not a choice
RP SWERV: B4 K2 S3

i already tried install, uninstall, reinstall drivers, change usb cables, dont connect to a usb hub. i dont have try Smart switch and Kies yet because i dont have the serial number.

Any help? please somebody tell me there is a hope :crying: i just bought this phone 2 weeks ago :(

Hi, I'm on the SM-G930W8 variant but this should work for you too if you are running exynos!
Make sure you are running odin version: v3.13.1.

Steps:
1. Right Click, start Odin as Administrator.
2. Select files required.
3. Untick Auto-Reboot and Untick F. Reset Time
4. Put your device into download mode from power off. Do not plug in your device to the computer until you have added the files you wish to flash.
5. Make sure Odin successfully sees your device (you should see COM:<number>).
6. Click Start.
7. Your device will get stuck on the SetupConnection step.
8. Hold POWER + Vol DOWN + HOME until you see the download screen again. This will reboot your device into download mode.
9. Now unplug the device and plug it in again and flash the file.
10. Profit!

Drop a thanks if this helped!

Amazing, it actually worked! How in the world did you figure that out? Such a weird sequence of steps. I was at my wits end and this was the only thing that worked, so thanks!

Go here and get the latest files: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sp...uide-links-files-update-root-restore-t3366862
Download a more recent version of Odin. 3.10.7 should be fine.
Download the most recent TAR file, which is QB1. I link to a much faster and more stable download page than Sammobile. The TAR file that you are using is from 2016.
Try again and it should work.
