your phone is trashed, send it back to Honor for repair
unlock will not work because of no imei and you can't flash oeminfo with a locked bootloader
you would also need a backup of Your oeminfo to restore on the phone, no other will work
If you are the same op from the other thread. I don't understand how you flashed something and then relocked the bootloader. Just curious.

That seems odd and interesting at the same time. So isn't this basically a brick then. I don't see how you would be able to flash anything else without unlocking the bootloader again. Seems like maybe op tried to flash the wrong device stock ROM and it borked the system.
stock rom does not contain oeminfo, and yes it's a brick only honor can repair it
