Oem Toggle not working

At start I rooted and Flash open kirins firmware on my p10 plus. After flashing stock rom again my oem toggle not working. And some of apps are missing. Phone is rebranded to some other country. I have checked manufacturer which is showing hw/meafnaf which is of north africa I guess. I'm from india . So any chances to revert back to stock. I cant execute fastboot command. Usb debugging is working fine. But Allow Oem unlock toggle under developer mode is not working. Tried everything removing google account etc and all. Any solutions ?
