OEM unlock disabled in menu-so bootloader unlock error-help me

moto g4 on-then reboot and recovery screen-tried flashing without bootloader unlock-flashing ok-still same problem

so i tried bootloader unlock to again flash-error as below

tried two times-still error as above-so can not full flash
set now on-hang in logo-sometimes recovery screen

Not getting this lines, did you try to flash stock ROM..??
