[OEM] USB AC Adapter p/n

Can any please let me know what the p/n or original wall charger says and also, what is the R# on the wall charger.

I know the model is a TC U250, but my HTC EVO 4g has the same model wall charger, but the p/n and the R# are different.

I thought so, but when I called HTC support they told me the wrong info and basically said that my wall charger for my HTC EVO 4G was the one for my 3D.

So:
EVO 4G
p/n = 79H00095-01M, R = R33160, model# = TC U250

EVO 3D as above.

The model# seems to be the same.
