The partition is 64mb, the file is 182kb but filled with emptyness to 64mb

I'd have to register to put it there.
It's from the flash/rebrand thread hwota zip.

It has most, if not all, oeminfo.bin so if something is down in OP you should find it in that zip.

Edit: to clarify, the file and partition are 64mb. Oeminfo.bin zipped is 187kb because it removes all zeroes.
