HI GUYS this is Axan
in this thread you can use oeminfo for rebranding.

i have oeminfo of c432 and c636
also you can share your oeminfo then i will make a flashable zip to flash by twrp.
pay attention after flashing these oeminfo your bootloader will be locked so unlock it again
you can install full firmwares or twrp full backup of you friends or another threads

this post will be updated if you share your oeminfo or myself find.

if you want i make flashable oeminfo zip copy files from these address by root explorer
also need custom.bin

oeminfo address:
HTML:
dev/block/platform/hi_mci.0/by-name/oeminfo

custom.bin address:
HTML:
data/custom.bin

then make zip and send for me.

I have a RNE-L01, and I would like to rebrand to RNE-L21, the last person who did this with files provided here ended up with a locked bootloader requiring a different bootloader code from the one he previously had. Can you please attach the bootloader code along with the rebranding oeminfo file? Thanks in advance.

flashing oeminfo will lock the bootloader again. This is normal. As long as you kept a copy of your unlock code then you can unlock your bootloader again. Each bootloader code is permanent, it wont expire. (the code will only expire after replacing the motherboard or changing the IMEI / SN ,for example, rebranding via funky huawei).

Not a Joke, but a noob attempt as not to make mistakes. Now I'm clear, I can now flash. But I have full stock RNE-L21 android 7, can I just flash with dload after using TWRP to flash the oeminfo for RNE-L21?

I’m sorry but i don’t understand your question. Can you describe it more detailed?
What is your exact build number?
And your bootloader's lock status? Unlocked?

My bootloader is unlocked, frp unlocked, phone model is RNE-L01 build number is C432 running Open Kirin LOS 16.

TWRP model is Askuccio's.

I have the full stock dload firmware for build number C432 EMUI 5 (Nougat) which I used to downgrade from EMUI 8 to enable me unlock my bootloader.

Inside the full stock dload firmware, there are two folders L01 and L21 respectively, this brings my question.

I want to rebrand from L01 single Sim into L21 for the sole purpose of using dual SIM.

Instead of downloading a TWRP backup of L21 can I flash my stock EMUI 5(NOUGAT) FIRMWARE after installing oeminfo for L21? Will it work that way?

If you mean Service ROM downloaded from androidhost.ru , then it will work. But dload method require Stock recovery, so you have to install TWRP over eRecovery using command
fastboot flash recovery2 xxxxx.img
First of all go back to stock FW .
Transfer dload stock firmware and flashable oeminfo.zip to SD card .
Boot into TWRP, flash oeminfo.zip, go back to TWRP's main menu, select Reboot > Turn Off. Use three button combo, update process will begin.

(You can also use HuRupdater 0.4 (0.3) to flash full stock dual SIM firmware after oeminfo replacing .)

Note: You don't get a second IMEI, it shares the first, (the second IMEI will appear in 00000000000000). This can cause some issues with using two sims from the same network. Some countries do use IMEI checks on their networks and it was them that caused problems with the phones.
SIM cards don't work as Dual SIM active, they work as Dual Stand-by, when one SIM is making or receiving a call the other SIM would be ignored.
One SIM - 2G/3G/4G
The other SIM - only 2G

    @Axan

    Here's my issue bro..

Im using Nova 2i (RNE-L22C636) on elemental Rom by King Mezi..

I have nandroid backup of my device except OEM

My bootloader is unlocked already..but going to fastboot mode it says that "Phone Unlocked" and "FRP Lock"

Unlocking bootloader via fastboot gives me error like command not allowed. Flashing anything via fastboot gives me the same error. So basically i cant try ur method since i cant even get step 1 going due to fastboot error

Advance setting of my phone..usb debugging is ON, allow oem unlocking is GREYED-OUT

How can i work around using fastboot since i cannot do that now?

    Thanks man.
    FRP lock
    is your problem.
it is in phone settings, developer mode, enable oem and usb debugging.
If, you can not activate it,
GO, mode twrp, install magisk v16 root zip, reboot,
    oem should be able now.
    1
Thats another issue.. All my backups are post root.. What if i use boot backup from OPs post..do u think that might work?

    What's your build? C636Bxxx

You can get boot, recovery and recovery2 (among a few other images) from the OTA updates at hwmt.ru, just lmk what build and I'll extract it for you.

I am new to huawei and i notice this world is pretty different than Samsung.
So i wanted to ask about oem info. Did some research but i have more questions.

I have official a RNE-L01c900 (single sim Global version)
I guess that the c900 is the oem right?
and the bxxx is the build number

So the term rebrand is like rebrand the oem to another country/area?

    and is
    RNE-L21 same as RNE-L01?
    RNE-L22 same as RNE-L02?
    RNE-L23 same as RNE-L03?
what is the difference? dual sim or something?
because when i search for firmware in firmware finder and type mine RNE-L01c900 i see also RNE-L21c900 in the same package.

At the moment i have Elemental v1.1
I want to get back to stock because i dont have huawei cloud and no face unlock and no theme and cant make a twrp backup because file is corrupt

Really appreciate some feedback about this so i can open my horizon a little more.

---------- Post added at 11:44 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:33 AM ----------

oke i just find out the L21 is dual sim and L01 is single sim.
    So thats that.

Now only the oem question stays in post above.
    Hello
yes, L01 simple sim and L21 double sim.
If you are in a country of Europe,
and that you are on a firmware or custom rom with a root.
you can restore my backup oeminfo rne-l21c432- it is dual-sim.
then you can also restore my backup of rne-l21c432b133, there is UNLOCK Face and AR camera mode.
    Backup RNE-L21C432B133 https://mega.nz/#F!Vhk2Wb7Q!Q2zh9JeIjeImb6PHOWs-Jg
Simple since the fastboot & rescue mode (cable plugged + low volume + power).
install this recovery TWRP https://mega.nz/#!c1tyRL7Z!r3fhcK5eNHR1aaN_s8OwafD1eQutvpc2cF-lG4guQdk @ante0
    start TWRP.
    Go to restore oeminfo.
go to Reboot, select reboot bootloader.
    redo bootloader code.
    then restart TWRP.
go to wipe, check all except SD card. and swipe.
    then data format,
then wipe, check data and change to f2f.
now, restore backup data, restore boot, restore cust, cache, misc, system, vendor, product, version.
go to install, install meta-inf.zip (it's product, to repair the sound etc ....).
    reboot, and enjoy.
