Why is lgs ui sad? They did really good on 3.0 i mean on my spectrum it gets the same speed as aosp.. they optimized it really good. In some cases sense takes up A LOT of ram. Most people have had a bad rep with LG but they have caught up BIG time with their Optimus G.. also their lockscreen is to die for and the launcher is smooth as jb. Ill be upgrading to the Spectrum 2 some what March.. The Spectrum 2 has blue navigation keys, they look really awesome, especially at night.. wireless charging, nfc, notification light circles around the power button with a blue light. Its really awesome.. the only problem im having with LG is the battery life. Ooooooohhh the battery life >_< standby is really great.. but i think its the power hungry S3 processor. Which is solved in the Spectrum 2 with the new S4 in it.. thankfully ;)

A couple posts up I asked what LG's UI was called. And I answered my own question. I was only talking about the name. I agree, their stock ICS is awesome. I was just disappointed they didn't give it a cool name to go with it, LG UI 3.0... could be so much better.

Gotcha and I agree 100% about no cool name. It really needs one lol... I wasn't crazy about their gb. Their ics is awesome though. I saw a port to the nexus s or something like that I suggest if you like it that much you pm the guy to get it working on our evo shift. I'd do it but I believe it requires kernel work :-\

I got the ICS Easter Egg with the weird looking Ice Cream Sandwiches floating across the screen, but it came up blank on all the screenshots. Oh well check it out tho, just press the android version a bunch of times til it pops up (on CM based ROMs)

Lol.. Well she just decided to give it to me now.. So what's in my hands currently is a Inspiron 15R!!! WOW.. This thing is wow... lol .. FAST.. Beats my 1.7 Ghz dual core AMD processor 1501.. it had 2gb ram. This one is I5 Dual core up to 3.1 Ghz with 6GB RAM.. lol its amazing

I'm gonna just gonna spend a little more than I would for a preassembled one and make my own next year, with awesome ram, insane graphics and hopefully a quadcore :D
