Polaris Office Pro. Already better and is 100% free on Samsung apps. Check it out if you haven't already. Not the viewer I mean the polaris pro office 4.01 version.
Ensure that you have the libraries installed in /system/lib
These two are needed. They should be included with your ROM cause they are standard libraries.

The following two I am not so sure of? I have them in my ROM because many people have spoken about the app not working and it force closing instantly. I had these in my build directory and seeming I had plenty of space I included them in my ROM anyway, I am assuming that the one that is referring to viewer is not needed if you have the pro version. The PolarisOfficeViewer is shipped standard with most Samsung phones; and installing pro does not overwrite or upgrade this app...just so you know, you may want to remove the old one from system as I have.

Oh yeah another thing, I have a theme that is half finished for the OfficeSuitePro app (that has been described in this post) and it completely re-themes this package with all Microsoft Office 2007-2010 icons and so forth. I can upload it for you guys if you want? I never finished it because I found that OfficeSuite Pro was not stable especially with trying to open PDFs. I work a lot with PDFs, so this was a necessity for me and a deal breaker so I discontinued work on my theme.
