I went to Settings > About Phone > System Update and tapped the three dots on top right. Next, I clicked on Choose update package, selected the .ZIP file and tap OK.
Nothing to do.

I received today morning the OTA Update MIUI V11.0.2.0.QFBEUXM :victory:
Here the File found on my device before the reboot:

The Folder on the device is called "downloaded_rom", inside this folder the zip is located.
