- with twrp 3.0.2: wipe all except internal storage
- flash the rom
- flash the gapps
- flash addonSU
- reboot

It's good or i miss something ?

it's correct steps, use TWRP from Team Superluminal, Opengapps ARM64 7.1 Pico, addonSU ARM64, personally I always in the end wipe also dalvik/cache (again) in the end, maybe unnecessary but it's good habit for flashing anything

if you would be coming from other CM14.1 ROM or maybe even other Nougat ROM like AICP maybe you can dirty flash without wiping, worked for me coming from CM14.1 built by HnT

The video freezes after a few seconds and I have to restart the device to use the camera again.

I was on a miui ROM .
Flash OK
Everything seems ok except f or the root. The addonSu is not good and TWRP doesn't want to flash it.

I am still not sure if quick charge is working the "Ampere" app tells me it's using 5V (actually 4.something) shouldn't it go up to 9V or 12V?

It has to switch to 9V. I don't have an external USB volt meter but if the Ampere app is correct then something is wrong with the quick charge.

That voltage is the battery voltage, not the charging voltage.

Just measure how much a full charge takes and do the math. Voltage doesn't matter since it gets regulated to 5V before it gets into the battery, amps matter. 2A is the fastest charge you'll get.

If the 5V are measured at thr battery then you're correct of course. I am getting 1800mA current according to Ampere. So you just check how much time it charges? Or is there a way to check from the terminal?

Yup, check how much time it charges. If it charges in, let's say, 1.5h, you divide the battery capacity which is ~3000mAh by 1.5, and you get 2000mA of current. Mine charges at 1960mAh with the stock charger.

Not yet.. still waiting. They need to review the source then then they will tell me if there's anything to fix or improve, then they will fork my repos, then we get official builds. One problem is the fact that kumajaya tried making it official on cm13 so there are already repos forked. Obviously kumajaya didn't finish the job and he abandoned libra or something so this thing needs to be discussed with the team.

U could be polite... Actually, I already did some search on this thread and nobody answered that question. And I don't wanna back to lollipop I'm always looking/waiting for the easiest way to install custom roms.

I didn't have time to implement pstore, so it's not possible yet. I'll do it after my exams.

works fine for me, it was one of the first things to check if video recording works fine, so recorded maybe 15s, tried to play in Google photos, no problems, though I record in Full HD, not 4K

24h with the ROM and no issues. Battery perfect, no heating phone, no reboots random. Va como la seda. Nice.
