Technically Pico GApps doesn't contain Face Unlock and its libs, unless we use another flashable zip as additional. Otherwise, use Nano and upper packages.Are you sure you installed pico? Try this: install pico gapps, wipe dalvik and cache then install faceunlock.zip and reboot. Sometimes, when changing ROMs, face unlock doesn't work at first try.
Face unlock that comes with gapps doesn't work. Flashing the additional zip file on top of nano+ doesn't work. That's why we have to install pico-. It's the only way face unlock zip file will work.
