Unfortunately software updates for s4 mini were suspended by samsung.
4.4.2 is the last. But we do have new twiz ports from 4.4.4 / 5.0 to 4.4.2

Do you think it would cause any problems if i flashed firware I9195UBUCOE1 on a GT-I9195 LTE that came with United Kingdom XXU firmware?

As long as the firmware is meant for I9195 LTE model you can flash it.
But it is recommended to flash firmwares that are meant for your
country as the modem is optimised for network bands.
