Are you sure that you did a factory reset after finishing the upgrade? It seems that motion control is still missing even-though i upgraded from B137SPO3 to B324.

Yes. After i installed 324 my phone lagged as hell. Did fast backup and went to boot menu ( turn off phone, press volume up and power key to turn on). In boot menu i did clean cache and factory reset from there.After my phone booted everything was fine. I checked every single option is working flawless.Did not find a single bug my only small complaint is that facebook needs 1-2 mins to install
everything else is ok , phone works 2x faster,camera is better, its booting up much faster, wifi works better, new music player is very good ... also ram menagment is much better than kitkat i am super happy about this update! free ram is about 950-1050 when i installed everything i use(facebook,viber etc..)

The doc-file in the LP update package states that 120SP04 is required for update to LP.
Can anyone point me to a download link for that version (international). I could not find it anywhere.
Or can someone recommend a different way to upgrade perhaps via the B312 release?

Upgrade process finished successfully, now its optimising apps. Will wait for it to finish until I confirm that everything is fully functional but at this point I don't see any reason why it shouldn't

where are you from?Knuckle sense do function in HAM7 Lollipop. For the fingerprint sensor, it's only for taking pictures, videos and answering phone call.
Dual Windows - working good (limited only on apps that support dual windows. You can't open your downloaded apps or games)
One-hand UI - Working Good
Music Player DTS - only works when earphone/3.5mm jack is plugged in
WiFi - Improved
After install of this new firmware, you must do factory reset to remove the lag.
The update didn't erase my account, e-mail, settings, my apps, etc.
Overall is good to upgrade.
I'm from Philippines and I was on TL10 V100R001C00B120SP04 and you can directly upgrade to B324.
