Using Other's ingenuity.
Honestly i just use an empty theme zip from another theme that i turned into a template of sorts. Leave everything in it alone and just add/remove things i want from /system/apps/ or system/framework/... attached it.Is there a thread about packaging changes into a center zip? That you can point me to, or can you advise the method?

it is just a regular zip like the one posted below. The key is in the update-script file. For basic theme flashing, the one by whiteguypl is all you need. For more capabilities, you can check this thread:

D/l the zip you want that is posted here. Place it on your sd card. Run the zip as you would any other custom ROM in clockwork recovery, reboot, enjoy.Was just asking for a little direction.
