1. seems your phone have eSIM
No. My phone has not, only 2physical slots. And also, i’m not in china, then who putted "china unicom" as an e-sim
In my device? Even it can’t support e-sim at all!

2. you should install AOSP v310 by phhusson and check it - if issue persist then open bugreport there https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/issues
I already opened an issue and he says that he don't know how to help me. Look at https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/issues/1934
3. your device treble overlay haven't proper power profile or you didn't set right selinux/perms mode for it (should be "u:object_r:vendor_overlay_file:s0" and 644)
I don't know much about it but I set the file permission to 644. How to check my overlay have a power profile or not? One of the ROM dev helped me to create an overlay and it is also committed in V310 of thhusson/treble_experimentation. Could you please check? Ocerlay file attached.

Hi,

I flashed CAOS11 v310 arm64-agZ on my Huawei Nova 2i/Mate 10 lite and it got stuck at CAOS boot animation for more than 10 minutes. And then it restarted to eRecovery itself.

for your information,
1. I flashed the vanilla version as well and the result was same.
2. I never installed Magisk.
3. I tried flashing system both ways through TWRP and through fastboot with stock recovery.
4. I tried flashing "caos-v224-201029-arm64-agN" android 10 as well. It didn't work either.
5. Everytime I wiped data before flashing.

Can you please help me make it run??

a. check with Treble Info, sure you need a or ab GSI https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tk.hack5.treblecheck
b. try format Data, not just wiping
c. check AOSP v310

no, this file in wrong format

One detail ... not for this msg:

I have flashed this firmware on Blackview BV9600E and works fully fine.
Only a little detail: Quick charge doesnt work.
USB and wireless charging are OK, but I think that Quick charging is not aviable on this firmware :confused:. It doesnt work on my smartphone (Helio P70).

Maybe you would correct it in new revision.

Thanks and congratulations.

Few questions.
1) Is there a way to enable screen split and picture-in-picture somehow?
2) There is no "button" item in the settings and the status bar cannot be configured (for example, move the time to the right). Fix?

Magisk✓

1. no, because you flashed "boZ" build - it have Go Gapps, limited gapps for low-end devices
flash a normal one (bgZ or bvZ + external gapps)
2. you can only inverse navigation buttons and disable some icons in statusbar
if you need more customization then use LiR at least

Thanks for answer. Understood on the second point. About the first point, when flashing, bgZ issues shows
Invalid sparse file format at header magic
Resizing 'system_a' FAILED (remote: 'Not enough space to resize partition')
fastboot: error: Command failed

UPD: solved the previous problem, but there is a new one. When you flash bgZ it appears:
Sending sparse 'system_a' 11/12 (262065 KB) OKAY [ 6.549s]
Writing sparse 'system_a' 11/12 FAILED (remote: 'Operation not permitted')
Finished. Total time: 93.793s

well system partition too short for bgZ variant

you can use bvZ + external gapps, or remove product partitions with commands:
fastboot delete-logical-partition product
fastboot delete-logical-partition product_a
fastboot delete-logical-partition product_b
The same problem (means UPD) appears after your commands. bvZ not suitable for me, since regular gapps are not worked. And with magisk gapps there are some problems (for example, the safetynet dont pass and the gps does not work)

what you got after commands, is product partitions successfully deleted? better if you send me screenshot from fastboot session

News! The error does not appear now. The system does not boot after such a flash (with the removal of partitions). Just goes back to the fastboot. Sometimes it boots, but after the flash magisk does not boot

07.08 UPD: Thanks, @eremitein. I did everything a little differently and without deleting the partitions. First, I downloaded LiR bvZ (I hope this is not offtopic for this topic), prepared the system for installing google services (checked the phh menu, magisk hide). I flashed the boZ firmware on top without erase. Set up Google, gps works fine, but the split screen is removed. Therefore, I flashed the bvZ firmware back (also without erase). Now everything works for me as it should. Thanks for the support!

    I've already known this. For example, I'm making a root script USB SampleRate Changer (on the fly) using these dumpsys commands internally. It doesn't use magisk specific functions, but works only under magisk environment. I don't like using "setenforce" commands in it invisibly.
    if you want proper fix then you need ask phhusson, i guess need add specific selinux rule

    This new revision ( caos-v313-210911 ) runs fine on NFC pay and Google Pay. They are OK.
    Also, SafetyNet in Magisk is fully green !!!!!!!!!!!

    My Blackview BV9600 is working better.

    Congratulations. ;)(y)

    < Your warranty is now void! >
    We're not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you

    CAOS 11 (Custom AOSP OS) is a project which based on @phhusson's Treble GSI AOSP 11. I began it because original project have not only pros (stability, speed, support) but also some issues and limitations - pure AOSP code have some bugs / haven't much useful things and it's a hard way pulling it. So i did this fork. System can run with SELinux enforced state, as an original Phh AOSP GSI. Fully compatible with PHH-Treble patches. Has dynamic root which can be activated/deactivated without reboot - 'su' binary and SuperUser app (can works on all devices even with system read-only). Also has dynamic SafetyNet helper (but it compatible not with all devices), users have four ways to pass SafetyNet: a. just enable SafetyNet option (recommended) b. disable SafetyNet and enable "Spoof Pixel 5" then reboot c. enable both options and reboot d. mount system as RW and create empty file /system/phh/secure (legacy method), and in the Recovery do Wipe Data or Factory reset

    UPDATE VERSION
    latest build:
    2021.09.11
    treble patches: v313
    SPL: 5 Sep 2021

    FEATURES/CHANGES

    vanilla, gapps, go-gapps: all possible architectures

    NAMING
    Some information you should know about knowing what type of gsi it is

    <ARCH>_xyZ

    <ARCH>
    can either be arm, a64 (arm32_binder64) or arm64
    x
    can either be a or b
    y
    can either be v, o, g or f
    Z
    can be N or S

    b
    = a/b
    a = a-only

    g = gapps
    o = gapps-go
    v = vanilla (no gapps included)
    f = floss (free & open source apps instead gapps)

    N = no superuser
    S = superuser included
    Z = dynamic superuser included

    -lite = for VNDK Lite vendors (also can help with broken camera even on normal VNDK vendors)

    so in most common example "arm64_avZ" is ARM64 A-only vanilla with dynamic superuser

    KN0WN BUGS
    • excluding fixes, the same as on AOSP Roar (in some cases doesn't work: broadcasting on TV, calls via BT; offline charging does not work normally etc etc)
    NOTE: always test ROM first without Magisk (with clean boot ramdisk). and don't send me bug reports if you have:
    a) Magisk installed
    b) modified/custom vendor or kernel
    c) dirty flashing rom without wiping data
    d) modified props values (another device fingerprint and so on)
