That's awesome! This guy was very confident that they would not be receiving any more today. Ask BB Santa Rosa to ship some of those pre-orders to the Dublin store.

My 45th day for Silver Rewards exchange for my HTC One X is today (May 9 purchase). I'm hoping the manager honors the new 60 day policy or is lenient due to the slight delay. Also can't make it to the store until Sunday because of travel. I'm sure it will all work out though!!

I pre-ordered on Monday in-store in NYC.

Got my 16gb Pebble Blue in hand!! Apparently I was the only one to do a pre-order for Pebble Blue for Sprint in that store. I pre-ordered on the 15th. (Conway, AR)

Due to the $50 phone freedom and the $260 I got from the buyback program for my old phone I actually left the store with money!

They only had one type of case from Belkin in so I have to wait on that.

They also let me keep my 16gb card from my old phone.

@driftr319 since your a manager at a BB mobile, I was wondering what steps are you taking in contacting the people who actually pre-ordered the device? Are you calling/e-mailing, or do you have enough stock to cover ALL the pre-orders at your store?

Do the phones come to the store via UPS? I called the store where I pre-ordered just to check up on it and they said they don't receive any shipments today unless it's UPS.

Can't get a hold of anyone at my store. I stay on hold for 5 minutes and then it drops the call and says it wants to transfer me to a different store.

i got over $300 on my og evo buyback last november. it was a system error as i was only due $240. anyway, i held on to the card until now.

so now i'm curious if any of you have decided to pay for buy back. i had gotten it for free during a promo period initially. i think it costs an extra $70. what do you think?

they neglected to mention (and I failed to ask) which carrier they were for: ... SPRINT. Ah well. They said AT&T was arriving later in the day, or tomorrow. They were also only receiving as many phones as were preordered, and your name's on a list, so don't worry about "losing your spot"; just wait to be called/emailed.

I am trying to refrain from calling BB. Its so hard to not call. Its only 1pm here so trying to hold off a little more. It will make it hard to finish work if its ready or even if its not.

I called the Murfreesboro TN store (1425) and the guy initially told me that had not come in yet. When I told him that Nashville must be the only city that did not get a shipment in he put me on hold and came back and said that they had received a shipment but the mobile department had not been notified. I told him that when I placed my preorder they had said that there were only about 4 ahead of me and he said that they only got three in this shipment and that he would call me back if one of them had my name on it. Go Figure, I think that if I had told him that I was number two he would of said that they only got one in.
