We are calling all customers who have pre ordered. Yes we have enough to cover. However I am mobile so I cant speak for SWAS stores. They may not be selling or fulfilling preorder yet

@driftr319 Do you have AT&T versions there also? Or just Sprint?

I just called to inquire about my online orders. I called the mobile division number from the website and ya the rep didnt even have any further updates. He said they were waiting for the ok from the Carriers to be able to sell and phones of course.

The good news is he said phones will likely be shipped express...

I blame the wife and kids for not allowing me to preorder in store! lol They were hungry and rushed me out after my trade in.

Ok, best buy in Allen Park, MI. Phones are in! Going after work around 7. The email just came through to th wife's phone about an hour ago, but is time stamped for 1:30pm. She must have finally refreshed her gmail and got it. Doesn't use that email so I had turned off her gmail sync a while back. So, Michigan pre order stock is in today! See you all on the othr side! :D

Went to my local BestBuy. They only had 2 sprint ones in stock, based on what I could gather they don't really know when the AT&T version will be in. I'm never pre-ordering from BestBuy again, nothing against bby but I don't want go through this again!!

I wouldn't have if it wasn't for the Buy Back program and I am saving points for a DSLR. Plus their insurance is way better than AT&T.

Just got the email on my way home. I'll be going to pick it up later. Don't remember, does Best Buy make you switch over in the store?

Scroll up a bit and see that I called at 1:30 and was told they had received their shipment and got no SIIIs in. There is still hope for you guys waiting.

I hate to suggest this because of the gas prices but try going to the bb you preordered from today and asking. From my experience with bb you will get the run around by just calling. I went to get my evo lte without getting the email yet on the day they were finally supposed to come in and got mine like that. I'd go check for the s3 right now but the s3 is for my mom and she is working so I wouldn't be able to pick it up for her and activate it since she is not on my account. If you got the gas and time I suggest going down there. At least that was my experience here in San Antonio at the legacy bb. Good luck future s3 owners. After you get it then you can become one of the many frustrated that sprint hasn't flipped the switch on their lte.

My lovely wife is going by the Knightdale, NC store to pick mine up. I popped in after work and the guy was like "Oh yea, we have them. Whats your name?" and for sure, one is marked for me.

Man.. I have high hopes for this phone. I hope it doesnt suck. The Evo 4G LTE was such a disappointment. I exchanged 2 within a 10 day period and finally realized that the phone just get lousy reception.

Truth.. they never called me and had the preorders. I called about 2 this afternoon and they said they didnt have them. I totally didnt expect them to be there when I stopped in after work and was already geared up (and looking forward to) to read them the riot act.

I am pretty sure BB has their own channels, but doesn't matter if Samsung can't deliver.
the whole S3 US release has been a fiasco, from Samsung, BB, ATT and everyone else involved. It seems that Samsung probably deserve most of the blame, come on its not like they started selling phones yesterday. If they cant handle the volume, don't expect the sales. the lack of communication all the companies is amazing.

It seems Apple is the only one that knows how to do massive volume sales. Pre-order online, ship from factory with sim chip already, arrive at door 1-2 days early. Go to apple store, wait in line, get number in line, get water & cookies, go home (with or without iphone). simple.

I do blame Samsung, yet again. But I believe best buy gets the phones directly from Samsung, and then sells them according to AT&T. I don't think that AT&T ships them phones to Best Buy. Which means Samsung is holding out on BB

That's probably it but bb knows the real reason and they are choosing to keep everyone in the dark. I know its not the local stores who are holding out but someone is. It's crazy.
