Oh yeah, I think I read something earlier about Phone Freedom or something. Is that what you're referring to? Is that something I need to sign up for first? If so, how and what is it?Not disagreeing with you at all, this experience with BB has been frustrating, particularly their lack of communication, but... FYI, the $50 you get is when you pick up the phone...not up front.
The reason I care now, is that Wirefly doesn't have the phone in white. And the only way my wife would agree to switch over to Sprint (She's on Verizon now and hated Sprint when she had them before...) is if I promised to get her this phone in white. So I guess it's either BB, or wait til wirefly DOES get it, which the lady on the phone said is completely up in the air.
