Can I update the system after conversion to f2fs already or its still broken?

As long as you have the last TWRP available at today, no problem at all: I just did it and it this evening and it works as it should..

Hi,
Updated to the latest nightly (cm-12.1-20150428-NIGHTLY-tilapia.zip ) and notice that Android Version is now 5.1.1
is there any place where we can see the changelog ?

Today builds have some new features for your grouper and tilapia:

- cpu_input_boost: will improve your performances without affecting battery (it's off ATM, but you can toggle it manually)
- ROW scheduler: a better i/o scheduler to help our devices with their memories
- cpuquiet: manage tegra's clusters (G and LP), you can toggle them manually
- some optimizations to fight slow memory

Notes:
1- Yes they're here, u won't see them in the changelog cuz they were pushed directly to github, not to gerrit and then github.
2- You'll be able to enjoy these changes even more next days ;)

Hi,
Thanks for this great ROM !
How can we turn on those 2 new features ?

EDIT : This version ( cm-12.1-20150516-NIGHTLY-tilapia.zip) has sound completely screwed. It's impossible to listen to music or see a movie.
EDIT 2 : this problem is only on the speakers. With phones/headset the sound is OK.

I'm interested in that, too.

why do i see NO " Mobile Network " in this rom ?!
i thought it was the Nexus 7 3G Section
It works on mine. I haven't tried internet yet (really expensive around here so I don't use it unless I have to) but I have a steady mobile network connection and I do receive SMS.

When will we have USB drive management? I mean in the Settings menu under Storage I see only the internal drive, there are no options regarding the attached USB drive via OTG like in CM11.

See the grouper cm12 thread for commands to play with boost and clusters.
About otg menus, they show up automatically (I didn't try cuz I've lost my otg [emoji14])

@linuxxxx - thanks bud. This looks like a LP ROM I can live with on my Tilapia.:D
Up till now, I've been avoiding L like the plague as every version tried, has been a 'dog' to say the least. :p:(

OTG works great - plug it in and even though nothing 'pops up' it is readable and accessible by the necessary apps.

currently on - cm-12.1-20150518-NIGHTLY-tilapia and it is running great. :good::angel:

They don't. The status bar notification shows up for a second (I think it's the checking device for errors message) then it's gone and there's nothing under Storage apart from the internal one, can't mount, unmount, erase or just check if a USB drive's connected.

Also with version 20150518 if I enable Privacy Guard for certain apps like ES File Manager the system soft reboots when I try to open them.

Agree - I can read and access my OTG, but there is no mention of it under the Storage Settings, nor does there appear to be a simple way to unmount the OTG. Tried Stickmount and a few other apps, without any success.

"WiFi connection failure"
I started to get these messages a few days ago. Well, I don't get a notification but when I go to the settings I see this. I think it started with version 20150516. When the tablet is idle for a few hours (so usually but not exclusively at night) it disconnects from the WLAN and... that's all. Its settings are to keep the connection always, so I don't know what's happening. Newer experienced this neither with other devices nor with this running stock Android or CM11.
If this is an unknown problem, is there a log I can post here or send somewhere which can shed some light on what's happening?

Ah, dang, I'm still getting error to change /data partition to f2fs. It gives me:

E: Unable to wipe '/data'
E: Unknown MTP message type: 1
E: Error changing file system.

What should I do? Or should I use the old modded TWRP 2.7.0.0 all-f2fs recovery from the thread? :(

/system and /cache went just fine and switched to f2fs.

sorry for asking, but how did you fix it i couldnt find :(

Cm-12.1-20150518 is running great for me too. No lags, no reboots, very fast!
