same here, hope it gets fixed someday... it's not a cruical bug tho
strange enough: it works now.. (strange, because I haven't seen any cancro specific changes, nor sensor- or gyro related ones)
nightly build of 23.01, clean install, but restored data backed up under 20.01. gyro definitely works, didn't have time to really test compass

Guys, anyone with 2A charger, what's the maximum current you can reach? Mine doesn't exceed 700mA.
Also, is screen-off volume button audio control working for the rest here?

Tomorrow's device specific updates:

  • Prima updates: I've been testing this for a while, but it's a huge update for prima drivers. Please tell me if you see new WiFi and telephony issues popping in
  • Snap preview has been fixed (was forcing to a 16:9 preview), now it will show the right preview. Yes the black bar at the bottom may look odd, it's not a bug, that's is the preview size
  • Other minor things you won't notice

CM works well on MiUi mm things (I'm referring to modem, bootloader etc...).
If you want you can also repartition to MiUi MM layout, it will be fine, CM can adapt itself dynamically with no problems (If you plan to do so I recommend you this so you'll get updated base and partitions layout without loosing any of your data).

Happy flashing!

Hey @linuxxx thanks for this wonderful ROM. I am finding it strange that no one has pointed out this bug till now.

If you try to video call any person (be it skype or hangouts or using Facebook messenger), the front camera captures a wide (or horizontally stretched) image of ourselves. It looks very odd. If I am doing a video call, I will be looking short and fat (horizontally stretched, vertically compressed).

Example :

Just check it out once, brother. Why camera picks up image in the wrong way when going for a video call?

He is asking how to switch from miui to cm13.1

OK, once more: I did update to MIUI 6.x.x, now I want back to CM and I can't, because I can't flash it. TWRP by Ivan shows status 7, CM recovery doesn't flash anything either. What's wrong?
Dont use twrp by Ivan.... flash the official twrp image using Ivan's twrp and then install cm (I am assuming you have followed the partition merge guide by Ivan)

I finally figured out how to:
I did Ivan's partition merge, then use his recovery and now it's working.
Oficiall TWRP is not working after update to MIUI 6.x.x, because of different memory layout.

For me it was opposite...I followed Ivans guide but his custom twrp did not work for me... official twrp worked
But I was not on miui
