It doesn't matter. You can see the satellites, so GPS only (aka device only) mode works.
(and I just checked myself, using the 170729 version, without Wifi and without SIM).

yes it´s working device only mode, try to use a gps tool to clean and reset gps data

I have a problem saving pictures from Facebook or Internet browser, it said "error saving pictures". Is there something wrong with accessing the device storage?.
One more thing, I installed " Root checker " and it showed me "root is not installed properly on this device". What should I do? Flash super SU?

the rom is not rooted anymore so you have to flash a root method in order to have your root enabled.
there are 3 options for that:
1. Lineage SU

CHOOSE addonsu-14.1-arm-signed
SuperSU
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/stable-2016-09-01supersu-v2-78-release-t3452703
CHOOSE THIS:
SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip which is the stable version and not any other even newer
3. Magisk
STAY AWAY from it
after flash rom in recovery, clear cashe and dalvik and then flash root , then gapps, clear cashe again and reboot.
If you already have flashed rom, reboot in recovery, clear cashe and dalvik, flash root method, reboot

p.s even today's(8/8/2017)new version of SuperSU dosent handle well external sdcards, so if you choose SuperSU, stay to that, 27/5/2017 stable built

Did you gave enough permissions and force stop the browser?
If that doesn't work try other browsers.

Agni will not support on 7.0+.Try RaKernal from RadioActive rom.

It splashes setup up screen and clears my settings all the time. I give all permissions manually and try other version but no luck. Phone is rooted with SuperSu. Plus hw buttons backlight problem still remains. Backlights cannot be turned off completely in a way I need to turn them off whenever restart the phone.

try downloading once more newly rom, and do a clean flash with only gpps version of your preference and see if problem persists, after then root with lineage su

Settings>WiFi>tap on gear icon. Make sure 'keep WiFi on during sleep' is set to 'always'.
