Thanks would this work on the SM-P610 LUX version? Firmware sites don't seem to have A13 firmware listed for it.

It should work ok yes. XEF france is only region getting the Android 13 right now but other regions should come on line soon.

is there any diffrence between this file which is for france and other files which will be released for other countries ??

I'm yet to try this, I'm a bit hesitant. Will this change the CSC code?

Edit: I did do it with French update using HOME.CSC and guide without losing data, it did not change my CSC region. Thanks.

Thank you, worked great!
bypassed the message, that i cannot get any updates in cause of modified system, bla bla..
Rooting with magisk was no problem (bootloader opened, i dont care).
