Hello Folks
First of all I don't get it, If it's U1 then what is that AT&T doing over there?
like AT&T is selling literally 3 different phones to the market?(G960A, G960U, G960U1)???
here's my problem
my phone is doomed with this at&t rom g960U, I don't know my bootloader version, I tried to flash unbranded rom XAA-G960U1UEU1ARBG-20180313075030,
with modified odin and it gives me this

<ID:0/010> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/010> Initialzation..
<ID:0/010> Set PIT file..
<ID:0/010> DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!
<ID:0/010> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/010> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/010> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/010> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/010> abl.elf
<ID:0/010> FAIL! (Auth)

I didn't set any variables in the UserData section of the app, it's blank

what am I missing?

Your bootloader number is the 5th to the last number in the firmware. So with the one you tried to flash, G960U1UEU"1"ARBG, the 1 is your bootloader number (in quotes). You can't flash anything below that number, for example if the last 5 are 3ABCD your bootloader would be 3. Either flash with the same number or higher, but you can never flash backwards.
