Hi, can i flash SM-G960F firmware to a SM-G960F/DS DEVICE?? because I already downloaded android pie firmware.
please help
Your bootloader number is the 5th to the last number in the firmware. So with the one you tried to flash, G960U1UEU"1"ARBG, the 1 is your bootloader number (in quotes). You can't flash anything below that number, for example if the last 5 are 3ABCD your bootloader would be 3. Either flash with the same number or higher, but you can never flash backwards.Hello Folks
First of all I don't get it, If it's U1 then what is that AT&T doing over there?
like AT&T is selling literally 3 different phones to the market?(G960A, G960U, G960U1)???
here's my problem
my phone is doomed with this at&t rom g960U, I don't know my bootloader version, I tried to flash unbranded rom XAA-G960U1UEU1ARBG-20180313075030,
with modified odin and it gives me this
<ID:0/010> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/010> Initialzation..
<ID:0/010> Set PIT file..
<ID:0/010> DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!
<ID:0/010> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/010> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/010> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/010> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/010> abl.elf
<ID:0/010> FAIL! (Auth)
I didn't set any variables in the UserData section of the app, it's blank
what am I missing?
HELLO, someone can hep me, i need samsung SM-960J firmware pleaseHello there, here are links to firmware files for the Galaxy S9. This is a homepage for firmware of all models, and will be updated as more and more firmware become available.
Here are the download links:
SM-G960F (single SIM) -- Link
SM-G960F/DS (Dual-SIM) -- Link
Important note: As @murtaza02 mention in the S9+ thread, the OXM multi-CSC firmware is a good choice, so we are using that firmware for the SM-G950F model (Asia, Europe, Australia, etc.)
Check out his thread here for download instructions and to know more about OXM firmware, and why you should use this only if you have SM-G960F.
US models (all are SM-G960U, but firmware are carrier-wise)

More firmware files to be added as they become available.
Flashing official firmwares trough odin never trip Knox!Another potentially daft question here. I have the UK Vodafone vodafone version of the phone and am unlocking it. I also would prefer to move over to stock UK unlocked firmware, which appears to be G960FXXU1BRF8 for BTU (although query - what is the difference between XEU and BTU - is it still just that BTU is for handsets that come directly from samsung?)
If I flash with ODIN, will I trip Knox and will I get OTA updates in the future?
Thanks very much for any thoughts!
