Official Froyo Legend rooting
After OTA official Froyo update my Legend I would like the Legend rooted.
If someone could help me, how do I can rooted, very thank you.

Hi, Hope you are a noob(After read your post i thought, sorry if i am wrong)

i was also a noob before a week, now i solved

1) You cant root your Froyo(Build 2.0) directly(dont worry you can downgrade to Eclair)

2) Once you downgraded to Eclair(Build 1.3) then you can root, and you can update again to froyo without losing your root access

3) If you are ready first make a gold card
no need worry, i can guide you to the easiest way as per my knowledge

3) First uninstall your HTC sync and restart your computer, download latest HTC sync from HTC website, and after installed that one, when you connect your device to computer(windows) via USB it should show installing device driver,

Then you are ready to make a gold using goldcard making tool,

but while bootloader my Legend can not find out the LEGEIMG.zip as image to install ... what is this ???
