Twrp 3.0.4.1
Install Oxygen Open Beta 13. Set youre phone, google, apps, etc.
Reboot to recovery. Wipe only Cache/Dalvik. Flash H2os.
If you want root you must reflash Magisk or SuperSU.
I reflash twrp 3.0.4.1 after every rom. Reboot to recovery. If it's ok reboot to system.
To get rid of the chinese bloatware use any app you like. I use Root Essentials.

I don't like it at all. It's in all ob13 roms..
I guess you could extract the launcher.apk from older builds and overwrite it in the system folder in recent version.
