Hi

I'm having the same problem and I found out that's when the sounds app (Sounds 2.0 (223598125) is updated automatically by the play store the app crashes!
The way I had to change the sounds is to disable the automatic updates of the play store and disable the updated version and then activate the app..., when deactivating the app will ask if you want to go back to the factory version, say yes and activate the app. Was a quick way to get around the problem to go back and be able to change my sounds :D
The next update of the rom will be fixed, I hope!

Thank you Khalvat! :victory:
Thanks for the tip! I followed your instructions and now I can change my sounds!

That also taught me that you can disable automatic updates for specific apps:
1. Go to the page of already installed app of choice on Play Store.
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Untick "Enable auto-update"

Thank you for your work, time and commitment but I cannot root your Rom. I used SuperSu and Magisk on TWRP. Both installed properly. Both did not give me root. Any ideas how to solve this problem are more then welcome.

I managed to root it by simply flashing (in TWRP) the latest Magisk-v18.0.zip from the official Github repo:
https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases

After flashing the zip-file I installed MagiskManager-v6.1.0.apk (also from the Github link above).
Open the app and follow the instructions and it should pop up whenever an app wants to access root.

You can find more instructions in this thread:

Baseband version

I'm curious to know which baseband version people are using with this ROM.
I have I9506XXUDRA1 with Bluetooth issues, which keeps crashing after it has been connected for a while. A system dialog message shows up with the alternatives to "Wait" or to "Close" the process (I can't turn Bluetooth off in this state). Regardless of choice, the message dialog keeps showing up until I restart my device and turn off Bluetooth.
In other words - I rarely use Bluetooth because of this. Although I have great battery life and everything else works flawlessly.
Note that this is not an issue I've had with this specific ROM only. Before I flashed khalvat's Havoc OS 2.1, I had the same issue with kyasu's unofficial Lineage OS 15.1.
I'm just curious to know which baseband version is recommended to use with this ROM.

I'm using I9506XXUDOJ2 modem and all it's working fine. Everyday I'm using bluetooth headphones for 2-3 hours with zero problem. Even I don't have any problem with mi band 3 and notifications. Only in first release I has problem with bluetooth.

Hi,
I still have having the problem when I try to change ringtones/notification sounds the "Sounds 2.0" app crashes!
About GPS, it's better than the build date (2.1 with build date: 20190114) but loses the signal easily ( I use the app Endomondo - Running & Walking to register my races and the registration fails due to GPS fault..., or not:confused:)
I've tried other ROMs like the ArrowOs Android Pie 9.0 and the AospExtended ROM V6.2 to see if battery life was better but it's the same!
Everything else is working very well. This ROM is very customizable which I like very much :D

Thank you Khalvat!

After a dirty flash over Havoc2.1-20190105, I’m seeing dramatically increased battery drain. Is that to be expected, and hence a clean flash obligatory, or would this be due to my particular setup?
Clean flash doesn't help. The last two versions have this issue. Havoc is my favourite rom, so I'm waiting for version without this problem.
